Easydelivery does not accept return arrangements except in the following cases,
1. The goods are damaged in transit ;
2.Wrong delivery of goods due to personnel problems ;
3. Goods are missing.
Please note that the return and exchange terms are as follows :
- If there is any situation that meets (1), please submit a return or exchange request to us within the same day after receipt the goods.
We will notify you of the return request as soon as possible after confirming that the item's condition complies with the return policy.
- For returns, items must be in brand new condition and retain all packaging materials, including instructions, certificates, labels, markings, consumables, bags, box receipts and associated gifts. We will not accepted an item if it is not new, damaged or soiled, and in poor condition.
- After accepting your return or exchange request, the company will arrange follow-up processing within seven working days. Arrange for refunds, recalls, and re-shipments as appropriate.
- The company reserves the right to change the return policy without prior notice, and to refuse to replace the product ;
- In case of any disputes, the company has the final decision.
4. We have the right to refuse the customer's request for return or exchange in the following cases:
– Requests past the return period
– Items that are opened, used, or damaged for personal reasons
– Customer shipping bill is missing or incomplete
– Products not supplied by us
– The product has no quality problems
*We reserve the right to terminate or change the above return policy. In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
