Delivery Arrangements
– Normal delivery date is three working days after receipt the order
– Delivery time from Mon to Sat 12:00-19:00
– If you need special time arrangement, please leave a message in the order or contact the customer service staff of Easydelivery
– On the day of delivery, the courier will call ahead to confirm the delivery time, please pay attention to the phone number；if the recipient cannot be reached, the courier will hold the item without prior notice
– If the delivery address cannot be directly reached by elevator, the customer needs to go downstairs for delivery
– Customers please check orders and quantity when receiving the goods; if customers find any damage or the quantity does not match the waybill, please take photos of the order item on the day of receipt and contact us
*Force Majeure：Due to weather, region, public holidays and traffic conditions, delivery time may be delayed. If orders are not delivered on time due to the above factors, and any loss is caused to customers, Easydelivery will not bear any legal responsibility or compensation for this.

Free Shipping with orders over HK$800 (Delivery service is not available for Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Outlying Islands)
